Just thought I would introduce myself. Name is Frank. I've been lurking on this forum for a long time. Lots of good information on here.
I've been playing guitar for most of my 35 years, but about 2 years ago I got bit by the lap steel bug and have been having a ball ever since. I am working mostly with C6th and a little with E major.
When I'm not playing my lap steels, I homeschool my son,raise chickens, build stompboxes, tinker with electronics, and fix up old steels when I find them.
Glad to finally be a member.

Welcome aboard, Frank. Now, all you have to do is add a steel course to your son's home school curriculum. There's a definate advantage to starting young.
