1966 Gibson Firebird III... Immaculate.. unplayed.. still has original $279 price tag, care tag, string tag, and strap on the guitar. Neck is untouched,is as new, frets unworn, and is straight as an arrow...

Never played really, according to its original owner who is a close friend., just a few chords strummed here and there and back in the case since it was bought by him as a teen in 1967. He is now retired, and sold it to me several years ago. He said that until he sold it to me, he hadn't even opened the case in over 25 years.
The original case is also MINT.

Just some very small belt buckle nicks on the back of the guitar , ... NO rash, just small nicks where it was played by my friend with a pointy buckle decades ago.. This guitar is a collectors piece.. I defy anyone anywhere to find one in this condition at this price... $3000 FIRM +shipping

1963 Silvertone/ Danelectro 1457.. This is the red sparkle, double lipstick classic that is the most desirable of all the Silvertone/Dano guitars... 9+ condition..
again, virtually unplayed/under the bed, collectors guitar... Museum piece..

Plays like butter, and sounds great... Amp/case works well and sounds loud and strong, but needs the pots cleaned, and the trem isn't working.. Tube isn't glowing... I have seen hundreds if these Silvertones, but never saw one this clean... $650 FIRM plus shipping...

1983 Stratocaster Elite... Rare top of the line strat w/ factory active electronics.. 9+ condition... Immaculate.
Olympic White faded to a lovely yellow cream...
Plays perfectly, and sounds killer.. These are REALLY nice guitars and you won't find a cleaner one.. again, NO playwear at all.
$1100, firm +shipping

1970-71 Fender Super Reverb.. Ground up restoration, using all Mojotone gear.. Looks as new, and sounds GREAT.. Incredibly loud , rich deep reverb,.. NO issues.. looks and works like a brand new amp.. Mojotone cabinet, Fender amp cover and 4 new Jensen Special Design speakers alone were almost $800...
$775 firm, plus shipping..

I will accept partial trades on the Firebird, but really would like at least $1500 cash as part of the deal.. I don't need any gear, I have all any 4 guys could possibly use, but I may be swayed by anything thats old, and has vintage vibe/mojo/tubey goodness.

Small older tube amps with reverb, cool/ oddball guitars, or a nice S 10 pedal steel would always be considered... I will send pictures on request. bob

Melody Maker sold on Hamer Guitars forum.... Everything else is still here... No one wants to trade towards an unplayed 66 Gibson Firebird that still has the price tag on it???, or a minty early 60's Silvertone/Danelectro?

Two years ago this stuff would have been gone LONG ago.. Tough times!

anyway, still lots of nice stuff here if you want to do some horse trading for the nicest Non Reverse Firebird you have ever seen... bob

Actually, I have a new low end Martin that I love...
I am not much of an acoustic player, and have 2 that I don't play already.. I would only wind up trying to sell the Martin instead of the Bird.... bob
