Head Cabinet for Fender Blues Deville

I'm looking to put the chassy of my 4x10 Blues Deville into a head cabinet. Does anybody know of someone that might make such a thing? And due to the unique design of this amp the head would end up being 13" tall...unless I can go horizontal with it. The only problem is that I've heard it's not so good for tubes to be horizontal. Any info is appreciated.
