Well, it's new to me, but was built in 1985 (Ser.# 093) but is clean as a whistle and plays like a dream. Has original BL 705's on it. Many thanks to Paul Sr. for setting it up for me. I am really enjoying this axe, and love the way it cuts through the band. Now before I get a bunch of questions about this, yes, I'm still also playing my MSA Millenium, which I also love and don't plan to give up either guitar any time soon. Smile

...congrats Jim, I hope you have many long hours of enjoyment. Looks very good, of course it's only 25 years old, too early to be getting any wrinkles! Laughing

This speaks highly of the FRANKLIN guitars. Still going strong. First class workmanship here! ( That player they call Paul ain't have bad either! Excellent choice to fill the steel seat with the Timejumpers.)

Hey Jim: I thought I saw some finger smudges on the left rear leg. If you'd like to ship that guitar down to Florida, I'd be glad to buff that out for you. Mr. Green

Jim, Jim, Jim,
You're making me very jealous!
Are you going to play it at Norwalk? I hope so! Can't wait to hear the "acceptable tone", my friend.

You bet, John. I'll be playing it this weekend at the Northeast Iowa show in Waterloo, and then at PSGA in a few weeks. See you there!

Wow... congratulations, Jim.

By the way, an exceptional jazz guitarist I work with e-mailed me a link to your YouTube video of "Lush Life". He was astonished.
I just smiled and said "Oh yeah. I know that guy. He's crazy !" Smile
