I have a D-12 Williams crossover, 5+5. The crossover lever switches all pedals and levers from one neck to the other, so it's the equivalent of 10+10 - a lot of guitar.
Lately I've been teaching, and I need a more standard instrument. I'm thinking maybe a Carter D-10.
If you have a lot of ideas that your D-10 can't quite handle, maybe we could work out a trade. _________________ -𝕓𝕆𝕓- (admin) - Robert P. Lee - Recordings - Breathe - D6th - Video |

Sidecar, case and two Studio Slips covers (one for summer, one for winter) included. If you don't have a suitable trade, I'll sell the guitar outright for $3000 + shipping. _________________ -𝕓𝕆𝕓- (admin) - Robert P. Lee - Recordings - Breathe - D6th - Video |

My S-12 3 and 5 don't come any where near your $5000 dollar guitar but would love to have it. Bob , Ive decided to throw in a 1961 Vox Cambridge, a 1951 National ( Valco MOP 6 string) and My 1st born and possibly the wife. Dang still ain't up to $3000 grand. Good luck with your trade. Thanks for all you do.

An S-12 wouldn't help me anyway, Ray. I need a modern D-10. I guess I could take some strings off of this Williams and set it up more standard, but I'd rather just have the right guitar for the job.
Isn't anyone looking to trade up? Imagine the potential! _________________ -𝕓𝕆𝕓- (admin) - Robert P. Lee - Recordings - Breathe - D6th - Video |

Oh the potential is imagined.
Out of every single guitar and copedent i've ogled over the past two years, this is my dream axe.
I don't have a d-10 for you though.
Dale Ware might be your man though, he's got a couple nice Carter D-10s in his large stable of steels and he keeps his gear beautifully, they're almost factory showroom condition

I replaced the back neck bell cranks with the new nickel plated ones last year. _________________ -𝕓𝕆𝕓- (admin) - Robert P. Lee - Recordings - Breathe - D6th - Video |

A D-12 has a total of 24 strings - you could put 3 iterations of your Desert Rose 8-string tuning on it! |

I do like that winter cover B0b! Where did you get that? I have a full length cover that goes to the floor I had made 20 years ago and it's in need of a new liner but I like that padded one of yours. Info please! |
