Which guitar has the best action?

I'll try to be a succint as possible..I've been away from my 90's model Emmons LeGrand for 4 years and am trying to get back up to speed on technology...have a Peavey N400 w/15" Black Widow and the Ken Fox 'intense mod' kit..
I was under the impression the Profex Reverb was for many years, the industry standard for the marquee players and pros after the old Echoplex tape units of the 60's...I've been advised Digitec makes Reverb (RP7) and Delay (DL8)units that are an improvement and upgrade on the Profex?
Are there some testimonials for these units?
