MSA S-12 on a double body it is playable but no one would want it like it is , so I am calling it a project as well . The pedals need to be moved back to the left side of the guitar !!!!!!
It is not a lefty guitar but the pedals are on the wrong side .. currently 4 pedals and 7 knee levers . This is the guitar with the cross over units on it. I have one of them working perfectly and the others just need a little adjustment and some return springs to get them back into the neutral position. 4 of the knee levers and 1 pedal have these on them. It has been converted to square cross rods and uses Fessenden bell cranks.
Most aluminum has been polished ( pedal bar, pedals , Endplate ) but I never got around to polishing the knee levers . The body has been shortened when I installed the Williams keyless head. It is a double raise/ lower changer and has several of the pieces to get triple raise / lower on several strings. Currently has 32 pulls on it. Also has adjustable lower springs.
I ordered a new pickup from Jerry Wallace and had a extra long lead put on it. I did not make the jack go into the body or endplate so that it could be moved to the other side .
This guitar with a little work Would make a very nice one of a kind guitar. It is very heavy as is . Shipping would be just what it costs me . Includes a case but it could stand to be recovered .
I do not have any good pictures of it at the moment but I am off tomorrow and will try and get some . It is the guitar in the avatar.

Hey Scott
Would like to see some pictures. Especially the underside. I am in Morganton, NC and could possibly make a trip over to pick it up?????? I haven't seen that part of the country in a long time since my working days. I am interested but price might be a problem with what I think still has to be done to it. Living on Uncle Sam now limits my extra cash flow. But, would like to see it before considering if I could work with it.

Here are some pics . The pad has not been bolted down yet . The pickup was cut out for a wide pickup and the side broke out. It does not look bad and I had been going to instal a aluminum neck , however I want to point it out. feel free to email me with any questions.

Hi Scott:
I love a good project- this one sounds like a challenge. I am very nervous about the broken parts and the idea that it was shortened to add the keyless head. I assume that it is a carbon body, right? Is the height standard? When you say, "very heavy" can you be more specific (pounds?) Is that a full-on D12 frame? It looks like the endplates were cut for another changer. Where in the world did this come from?
Have you thought about a price?
