Hey Bob,
Steve is a great steel player/person, and has been with Travis for several years.. He also does studio work in Nashville, and has played on some hit records.
He is real cool, hope you get a chance to talk with him.
He never goes on the road without his guitar, his picks, and his shades...cya...Ronnie

Tks Ronnie, sure would like to meet Steve. Would even invite him home for lobster & steak, but he would have to play me a number on my LDG Shobud. Maybe Randy would like to join us. Bob

R,
A little over a year ago, I was with a band that opened for Randy Travis. I really enjoyed meeting Randy Travis and really enjoyed his show. He has alot of class. Steve Hinson was on steel. It was a beatuiful SD10 Sho-Pro. What a player!! And the tone of the Sho-Pro was perfect! Talk about a guy with class! Steve and I talked a long time before and after the show. He told me that he uses a NV400. We talked about road work, studio work, home life, steel guitars, Amps, ect. He never lost patience with me. We had our picture took, and he autographed my steel guitar seat. Even though he was on stage in front of thousands of people trying to make a living, he would turn and look my way so I could get a good shot with my camera. What a GREAT guy!
