These two men are definitely worthy of these awards. Emmons has always been my personal favorite and Myrick just right up there with him. I long for the day I can see Weldon Myrick play at a steel show. Maybe he will be at the Texas show in 2006. Hey, maybe Myrick and Emmons will both be there. |

Hi Bill, I sure like those photos. Would it be possible to get a good one of Jimmie from Elsie and post it with these? Thank you. |

Wow!!!!! I have the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure , of working with all three legends, and let me tell you ,they are all a class act on and off stage. They have set a standard of musicianship that is hard to follow. It is a standard by which everyone can shoot for. Thanks guys for all the music the friendship and the fun times. I know there will be alot more to come from "BIG E" and Weldon. And Jimmy, we all miss your talent and humor. Rest in peace my friend. Bobby |

I apologize for overlooking the award given to the late Jimmy Crawford. Jimmy certainly was a great steel player and very deserving of this award. I know that Jimmy is missed greatly and I know his family will cherish this award. |

Thanks Jim, he was one of my all time favorites; just a super nice guy, IMO, not only playing fantastic music but look at all the psg that he built for other people that will be around for generations to come. |
