Hi, when was this catalog published? And when was the Console Grand used by Don Helms first offered and for how long was it offered? Of course, it's a non pedal steel guitar, here we see pedal steel guitars. Are they cable operated or shaft operated like more modern designs?

| Notice that they don't give the weight of the pedal steel? I'd guess around 400 pounds! They keep sayin' "lightweight metal." "Lightweight" compared to what? A ship's anchor? |
