"Bear Family records" in Germany is great for any kind of retro stuff, especially any kind of country music. They have a great mailorder catalogue (it's a book on its own)...I think they can be also found under www.bearfamily.de (or bear-family.de)

Here's one that looks promising:
Bear Family only lists the five CD boxed set as containing Little Roy's steel playing. I bought the CD pictured on this page (Cattle Call/Thereby Hangs A Tale), and while it's pretty good, it contains no steel guitar!
Supposedly there's a budget CD in the "Famous Country Music Makers" series that contains some songs, but I haven't been able to find out much about it. It's available from Collector's Choice Music

What about the little Roy Wiggins video, I have watched it a hundred times and still can't do any of his songs the way he did them.
I got the video from Morrell Music in Bristol Tn.

Prior to his death Roy had collected most of the music he recorded with Eddy Arnold and George Morgan, as well as his own recordingds and was selling tapes in his music store. I would imagine that his widow, Faye, still has those collections and would continue selling tapes. You may write her at 2928 Village Ln., Sevierville, TN 37862.
