Anyone mount a Nashville 400 head in a standard rack?

Appears it might fit a three space rack, but the NV400 doesn't have any rack "ears". It is normally mounted/secured from the top. Would mounting be a problem? Any suggestions?

I believe it would take 4 spaces to clear the transformer...at least 7". I suppose one could buy universal rack ears or build some, but they'd be kinda hard to affix to the chassis. Also, the irregular depth of the back of the amp v. the front panel leaves a lot of wasted space in a rack unit.

I considered doing this several years ago, but elected to build a conventional cabinet instead for the head and reverb tank alone.

Not a good idea, I don't think there would be enough cooling, I would go with separate head, and speaker cab.

Thanks for the input guys, all valid reasons not to.
I'll take your advice and build a seperate custom cabinet.
