Does anybody have any settings for a '76 Fender Vibrosonic, I have a SD 10 Desert Rose with a True Tone P/U and use a RV-3.
Thanks.

I have a '76 Vibrosonic, and have a 17.5K TT single coil, and regularly use an RV3 (Setting #7).

This is going to be a Treble-ee combo.

I usually switch to a humbucker when I use the Vibrosonic (my Sierra has quick-switch pickups).

But, most likely it will sound better with the Bright switch Off, Treble and Mid around 6 (not too ice-pick-ee or mid-box-ee Smile ), and Bass as you turn it up from 0 it kinda doesn't add much more after a certain point but I run it up around 8 for Pedal Steel.
I also run a little amp Reverb, but I like the sound of the RV3 (also needed on stages where you can't use amp reverb).

Pete, thanks for the information. I also use the #7 setting with my RV-3 and the Vibrosonic's settings I used came pretty close to yours (bass 10,middle 6, treble 4 1/2, no brights).
Thanks again.
