They had a S10 GFI and sounded GREAT.

He was allowed to get in the mix too.

David Nail was the artist. Don't know who his steel player is.

Thanks TG, I forgot the name as I was in a rush going to work.

Like I said, he was right up there in the mix. They of course zoomed in on the Bass when the guitar took a solo, but It was good. Very young keyboard and drummer.

Hi Eric, That is Abe Stoklasa. He is a very nice young man, who has only been playing steel a few years. He is a trained horn player, who plays several instruments well, and does arranging. Reminds me of a young Jim Hoke, a great horn player, that fell in love with steel a few years ago, and really appreciates the instrument.

He reminds me of a young Russ Hicks also a great Horn player as well as other instruments..

David Nail was at our county fair last week. I don't recall any steel though. Then again I left after about 1 and a half songs. I don't care for watered down rock and roll that they label as country, so I left. Wasn't impressed at all.

David Nail did a few shows with us in the last month or so. David is an amazing singer IMHO and Abe is a very nice young man and great player. He has a very unique style.
