I'm not a participant in the event but I've heard that a big WESTERN SWING event is taking place this weekend in Auburn, Washington.

Anyone have more details? Just curious.

Anyone from the FORUM gonna be on the program?

Any idea who all is gonna be playing there?

Hi Ray. I don't know all the steel players from the forum who will be playing this weekend in Auburn.. but I do know that Dean Rankin and the fabulos "Longhorns" will be playing, as well as C6th great Chuck Hayes from OK.; and steeler Bob Meeks... all the way from San Diego. I also will be flying in to play on Sat. and to play with the "Hall of Fame" band on Sunday after the HOF inductions Smile

My guess is I've left out at least 6 other great PSG pickers! There is also a jam room with a huge stage for folks who would like to get up and play some western swing!

Ray, Last time I went to this event it was in Everett WA, and Mike Black, Roger Shackelton, and Tom Palmer were there, also.
Maybe some of those guys will know who all is manning the Steel seats?
