As of last night my band is joining forces with Larry and Judy Jeffries. They do great old county with tons of steel. Doug Jones played with them for about 5 years. I have some BIG shoes to fill as Doug is a monster player and can fill up the air ways with a ton of steel.

I guess I will just turn up my PP and let the guitar do all of the work. Oh to play Look At Us and Farewell Party will be tone to die for, I live for these moments.

Larry, I only wear a 9 and you've got a D-10! How do you think I felt following Eric West who followed Harley James?

I'm happy to hear Larry & Judy are firing it up again. Their repertoire and harmonies are the perfect gig for a steel player with tons of Price, Bush, Street, Tammy & Connie; all the great standards.

Portland's illustrious Tone-King and right hand technique master Larry Behm will let the house know there is steel to be heard and enjoyed!

Mash a pedal or two for me and best regards to Larry & Judy.

Hi Larry

Sounds like you are doing what you like to do.
Vangie and I are stll hanging out in Fairbanks, and probably for another month or so. I'm driving pilot car, while she's tending to the house and her mom.

How did you like Wes's Infinity, I,m sure anxious to get mine. Enjoy your knew gig.

Merrill & Vangie
