I had a chance to listen to a local radio station the other day while painting my house. Good country music with lots of steel is still alive here in Portland. Sure there is some of the rock stuff we may not like but there is more than enough George Straight, Josh Turner, Randy Travis etc to go around.

Mornin' Larry,
My X wife started her radio career as a jock at Portland country station, KWJJ I think it was. That was some time ago, in the mid 70s. I remember that the logo used cowboy boots for the letter J so we always called it KW Boot Boot.
