A couple of years ago we were doing a casino hotel lounge gig on a weekend Randy Travis was the headliner in the casino grand ballroom. I met Steve and invited him down to our gig after theirs. A bunch of 'em showed up and sat in. Steve saddled up to my old Emmons for a couple of sets, a few drinks and some stories. What a smooth, tasty and animated player and indeed a great guy! If you get the chance to meet him and maybe even hang, do it!

That was fun,El Joneso!You played great that nite...the whole band was great!The whole scene reminded me of the 80s...the opportunity to get out and have fun like that just doesn't come around that often these days...thanks to you for a really fun evening!
