I am considering selling this Double Neck Pedal Steel Guitar that was donated to our church. We have not found anyone interested in playing it.
It is a Custom made SGW with rosewood cabinet that was custom built for Buddy Clark Serial # 90217. It is a double neck with 10 strings each, 4 knee levers and 8 pedals. It has a seat which doubles as the storage area from Emmons. And a custom case with end plates and soft, blue fuzzy type material. I think the case is a hard leather material like that used in the horse industry. It's studded like horse tack and has a hard leather handle.
The Storage Seat contains a volume pedal, 2 -steel frets, connector cords, tools, picks and over 80 new strings: 6 - 11 gauge, 4 - 12 gauge, 4 - 13 gauge, 9 - 14 gauge, 5 - 15 gauge, 1 - 17 gauge, 5 - 18 gauge, 4 - 22 gauge, 3 - 24 gauge, 6 - 26 gauge, 9 - 30 gauge, 5 - 34 gauge, 5 - 36 gauge, 5 - 38 gauge, 4 - 42 gauge, 3 - 54 gauge, 4 - 69 gauge
The Seat has wooden divided interior. The seat top is covered with what I believe is naugahyde like couches are sometimes covered with and it's a padded seat (it has a small hole, see picture). I don't really know what the rest of the cabinet is covered with as it adheres to the wood underneath like it's part of the wood. The guitar and case are in good shape considering their age, the guitar also needs a new on and off switch which is broke and in the on position (see photo) but my son tested to two guitars with his amp and both pickups work.
I am hoping that someone would get this guitar who would care for it & play it. It was from a sweet old man in our church who recently passed away and his wife donated it to the church. We are told that it is worth over $7,000 but we are willing to consider an offer, hopefully over $2,000 or maybe trade for a boat or sailboat for our youth ministry. Is it just me or is thing missing quite a few pull rods underneath?  Appears to have all the pedals & knees, they're just not hooked up for the most part.

| Anyone who told you that guitar package was worth $7000.00 is overpricing. Not in the $2000.00 either. That guitar needs to be gone through by a steel mechanic and confirmed playable before anything else. It may be a decent guitar once its inspected , lubed, and regulated by a qualified steel mechanic. |

Four pulls on the front neck? Is there a chart in all the extra stuff that explains the tuning, and changes? I ask this based on the fact that the endplate picture shows 4 tuning adjusters on the right-hand neck...typically tuned to E9 and having many more adjusters. The guitar looks GREAT, but seems to be either partially missing, or extremely non-standard. 
The cabinet is Maple.

I don't know anything about this instrument, but there is also a tube with it that has a lot of loose wires.
Also there is a chart for tuning it says E9. Don't think anything is missing Mrs. Clark gave me everything Buddy had with the instrument. Thank you for your comments. I can take additional pictures if anyone request. I truly appreciate your expertize.
