Anybody need one of these new lightweight speakers;Ken Fox is putting them in ALL his new tube steel amps and loves these; he sent me this one to try in the Webb he just modded for me. Great speaker, everybody loves these but I think I prefer my old JBL D-130.Brand New; just tried it for 30 min.(not even broken in)My loss, your gain as Ken now sells these for more than this and he's out of stock right now! $219 plus shipping for a 10lb, 18"x18"x7" package.Ken's website has pics and specs on these S.I.C.A.'s as well as the fine amps he's making that he puts these speakers in! _________________ "STEELBONE" Desert Rose S-10,Evans/Webb/JBL D130,King 2B,3B (T-Bones),'67 Hohner Corona IIIR button box |

Tim, you might want to break it in a bit more before you sell it off. It took about 5 hours of playin mine in before it started to really shine. If you still have that PV Ltd, drop it in that. _________________ To write with a broken pencil is pointless. |

Agreed you really can't make a fair comparison till the speaker is properly broke in, the sound will definitely become sweeter, play her for 10 hours anyway just to make sure...
I have a cd which uses a track with a continuous sine wave at a given frequency, think it's 1000 htz., I play this thru the speaker at low volume to break her in for about 3 hours or more.
I don't buy new speakers very often though but I used to a lot when I did car audio systems with subwoofers. |

A 15 inch speaker will not fit in a Nashville 112 cabinet. It's not quite tall enough. |
