Good friend of mine died last year and left a 1938 Gibson EH 100 7 string has a nice case but not original. For it's age it's in good physical shape. I haven't checked it out with an amp. His widow would like to sell it but dosen't have any idea what to ask and neither do I. Any of you guys that are into vintage instruments that can guide us your help would be appreciated.

The 7 string is likely worth more than a six. Sounds like about 700 bucks, in decent shape. Just a guess though.......
