WTB used carter starter

My Nephew wants to learn steel guitar and
since he is not a member of the forum, he
asked me to look for a Carter Starter for
him. Musicians Friend has them new for $695
but he wants a used one for less than that.
your help will be greatly appreciated.
He will also need an inexpensive used volume
pedal for it.
Please let me know what you have.
