This is a petition to induct the late great Doug Sahm into the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. As you may know, Doug was a steel player before anything else, so aside from the fact that he deserves this award for all of his musical accomplishments, it would be cool to have a steel player in there!

Fred, I didn't see your name on the list. It lists Russ Rickmann as number 1047. You might try again, I don't think it took the first time.
