A bit too cryptic. Trying to be humorous, when actually I'm a bit angry. Sorry about that.
More to the point - cruising the web, I noticed that some Nashville businesses are reopening post-flood with little to no change in their thinking. It would be painful for me to learn that the goodwill being sent to help working musicians is being used to support reenactment of a tragedy. A flood happening today does not reduce the risk of a flood happening in the same place again tomorrow. Caveat emptor.
