It's going to hurt a little to let this one go but I need some extra funds right now as I'm getting ready to move and start a new career . I recently purchased this guitar from Dave Watson in Indiana. He bought the guitar new from Shot Jackson when sho bud was still located in Madison Tennessee. He was kind enough to send me the original paper work and order forms from the guitar dated 1964. This guitar has not been refinished and is in good condition . I took the changers out , cleaned , pollished and relubed them . The guitar is currently setup with 8 pedals and 2 knee levers. Emmons pedal setup and the lkr lowers the E's and rkr lowers 2nd and 9th. I had the original pickups rewound by Jerry Wallace and he did a wonderful job. They are still in the original casings. The tone controls and coil taps all work. This guitar also has the neck selector switch between the necks which I believe is pretty unusual for early sho buds. The case is in great shape for its age. This is just a very nice classic guitar with original madison decals and all. I wish there was another way so I didn't have to sell it but I still have my old rosewood push pull so I'm not going without. This will make someone a nice guitar. Email me with any questions. Thanks George Photos to follow....

George, you are sitting on a big piece of steel guitar history here. So well documented and interesting figures and signatures. Someone will snap this one up. Its a huge bargain at that price!

That's one cool looking old guitar. Could you post a picture of the undercarriage in pedal steel or somewhere? For those of us that have never seen a permanent. Thanks Bobby

What I'd give for this baby, I just had to give one just like it back to Kevin Owens. Best tone I ever got.
