Hello! I'm the new kid on the block today, having Just received my ok from Bob. I have enjoyed your articles and impressed with your ability to share knowledge with other steel players. I want to add a delay unit and would appreciate comments on a unit that work well with a steel. I have heard that a standard guitar delay will not perform well on a steel. Thanks for your reply.

Hi Johnny, welcome! I don't know anything about a delay unit, sorry...but wanted to welcome you to the Forum. I'm sure somebody will be along soon that can help you with your question.

Johnny, Welcome. If you go to the Electronics section and do a Search (top of the page) and check out delay units, you will get a ton on info on the subject. I personally am using the Boss DD3 unit. Again, search for DD3 and you will find the settings used by top pros.
Good hunting.
