Thanks for the post, very interesting. Left out is the Gene Wooten capo, which is similar in design to the Koyama pictured, except that it is larger and the block section is placed above the strings. These were made by Snuffy Smith (Snuffy Smith banjo bridges). I believe less than a hundred were made. Snuffy declined to make any more, I believe citing
the expense involved. I have seen several others that were copied from Snuffy's design. Bobby Wolfe's (Wolfe dobros) are similar but made of all brass.
