To TOMMY! AND everyone else involved!
Fellow forumite, and good friend Dick Wood and I just flew home safely to Dallas after delivering the package to our friend Don Christy in Newton Kansas. Don met us at the airport with his lovely wife Rhonda..Words cannot express the look on his face. We took everything to his house, set it all up, and got him started learning the Steel Guitar again!.
He will be joining us here on the forum within the next few days, and Im sure he will want to thank each and every one of you personally....
We recorded a ton of video, and I will have a link posted as soon as its finished..Bravo Guys!..>And thanks to all of you for your support

Mickey,

Well done! Very Happy

Once again, you have demonstrated your "Abundance mentality" by leading so many Steelers to do the same. And that is, giving back to others perhaps less fortunate than ourselves that is so impressive and yet very humbling...... Cool

No doubt you enjoyed this project more than any other........I say, good on you and all the others who worked on this with you!! TX

Rgds,

Ron

We had a great day of flying, fun, food and fellowship.

Don Cristy and his wife Rhonda are two wonderful people and the heartfelt emotion was certainly evident as we stood there next to the plane watching Mickey unload the steel,pac-a-seat and amp.

I'm very pleased to have been a part of this and while I could go on and on about the day,I will simply say thanks Mickey, the world needs more people like you who truly care about others and who take the time and effort to show it.

Kudos to both of you, Dick and Mickey. It sure feels good to know you've helped someone at a difficult time doesn't it? Wish there was more of it and less "I've got mine and don't care about yours."
