Hello everyone! Just so everyone knows, I have no knowledge of steel guitars! The reason I'm here is that I'm trying to find a steel guitar for my husband. He sold his Emmons P/P in January of last year and I would love to surprise him with another one. Below is a picture of the one he sold and if anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who sent me emails with their guitars. They were all very beautiful! I bought a gorgeous one from Mr. Lynn Stafford just a minute ago and I know my hubby is going to love it. Thanks again to everyone!

Willis, I apologize for taking a while to respond to your email. We just got back from vacation Tuesday and I've been catching up ever since.

Thanks, Willis. He sent me a few picture of previous guitars he had sold and they all looked amazing. All of his emails have been very courteous and he even called a few times and was nice to speak with. I can't wait to get it and it isn't even for me!

Chuck, I actually have 2 sisters. Very Happy

Lynn does a great job on restoring Emmons guitar. They look new and play great when Lynn completes them. Lynn is an expert.

I just thought I'd post a few photos of the guitar that Nicole bought for her husband, Mike.

It's a '75 D-10 8x5 but Mike prefers the newer LeGrande style pedals just like his old guitar had, so I found a complete pedal rack for him!

Nicole,

You're very welcome. Mike is going to love this guitar! I played for a while last night and it sounds as nice as it looks.

Tony...no it's the real deal, believe me!

Damir is rolling his eyes because I teasing him about the similarities between Emmons p/p and Promat steels. This stems from a totally different thread and probably didn't really need to be introduced into this one. So.....MY BAD! Very Happy

Willis.....Actually Damir is a pretty tolerant guy. His rolling eyes were probably done in jest too. I think I'll bow-out because I don't want to hi-jack this thread re: Nicole's most excellent gift for her husband.Smile
