im a new player i call my self a wanna be i have been fooling around with steel for about 6yrs playing in the bedroom saturday night i finally picked up enough nerve to take my steel down where i play on friday and sat night got set up to play with a band someone came and told me russ hicks was back there i went all to pieces i finally talked russ into playing he didnt have his picks or anything but he played any way man what a treat that was great player my advice is get out of the bedroom and get on a stage a soon as you can best way to learn boy did my mullen and 112 really sound good with russ playing i had just installed ken foxs mod kit in the 112 thats a night i will never forget thanks to mr russ hicks
