First I would like to thank you for writing "Beginners Notes". They really are a treasure for a beginner!
Secondly I would like to thank you for sharing the original files. This will make it much easier to print out!
Then I had an idea! Maybe you could zip all the files and also share the zip-file! This would make it easier to download. It is a bit of a hassle to download 156 files....
Once again a big THANK YOU!

Delvin, Thanks for the good word. I appreciate it. It looks like Anders may have an answer to the MS Word disconnect. http://www.openoffice.org/ If that isn't a help email me, we'll work something out.
Anders, Thank you too, for the good words, and the suggestion to up load a Zip file. I'm just marginally computer literate, but I'll look into doing that. It might be, I'll have to divide the mound of info, to Zip it. |

Just an update!
Dick has created a Zip file with all of the documents and put it here
http://cid-594320d13092d8fb.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Beginners%20Notes%20Zip%20Files%205-1-10/Beginners%20Notes%20Zip%20File.zip
Windows Live seems to add an underline before and after the file name when you download the file, i.e. _Beginners Notes Zip File.zip_
For Windows to recognize the file type you need to rename the file and remove the underlines. To rename the file Right Click on the file name and select Rename...

Mark,
I appreciate your feedback and kind words. It was over a period of time, so it didn't feel like that much work. The beginner in Beginners Notes, is myself. Trying to come back to steel after a long absence. Now with some age and arthritis working against me, the notes are a way to document what comes to mind. I hope you got something out of them.
My best to you and all,
Dick Sexton |

Christopher, I hope you get lots from this material. But don't forget to access the other offerings from the forum, Mickey Adams, Greg Cutshaw, David Hartley, Joe Barcus and many more, to numerous to mention. Also the professional instructions of Jeff Newman and the others great pickers.
Best of luck with your steel studies... |
