what fingers to use

Quick question.

I'm learning to play the steel guitar rag on the 5th fret using the E lever. As you know it involves picking the 7th, 6th, 5th, and 4th strings with the double pick on the 7th.

Looking for suggestions as to what fingers to use for this sequence that will allow me to develop some speed.

What I'm currently using is T T I T M

I'm open for suggestions that I can try.
