Here is what I have for now:

Eb above Middle C; D F Eb Middle C;

Ab above Middle C; G Bb Ab F

Eb above C; F Eb B Natural C

D C Bb Middle C Eb

Bb Above Middle C; C Bb Bb Below Middle C; Middle C

If not, I just imported the MusicXml version into TablEdit och presto! Now there is a tab for E9th.

Just the melodi and probably not the best way of playing it but...
