I just wanted to say a big thank you to Bobby and his wonderful staff for a great 10th anniversary steel guitar show. There was great camraderie and talent throughout the entire show. Especially want to thank all the folks that came by our booth and either had nice comments about Ron's shows or to purchase some of his cd's. We could not do these shows without you folks and we appreciate your patronage and your loyal support. Seeya next year.
Musically yours,
Leslie Elliott |

I would like to say thank you to Bobby Reed and all of the staff also. This was our first time to the Illinois show and Helen and I had a great time and made us feel very welcome. I would like to say a special thank you to Bill Dobkins for allowing me to play bass on his set. Bill, you did a great job and I thoroughly enjoyed playing with you and that group of wonderful musicians.

I would also like to thank Bobby Reed and his staff for allowing me the priviledge of playing on this great show. As a relative new player, I really appreciate the oppertunity to play this great show.
Met some new people, and was glad to see some old friends as well. Well done Bobby, Thanks, Larry B. _________________ Mullen G2 SD10 3 & 5 The Eagle

To Bobby Reed, and all the staff and volunteers,
The 10th annual Southern Illinois Show, was a real 'barn burner'.You all did a great job of bringing to the fans a quality, and entertaining production.Kudos to all of you.
Those of you who couldn't, or wouldn't attend missed a great three days of super playing.
The pickers were on their game , and gave to the fans a fantastic show. The stage band, who are stars in their own right, were great, and helped to provide the players a great foundation to present to the fans, some top notch entertainment.
Thank you for letting me be a part of this show.
Hope to see you all, and many more, next year...
RP...'come on in'... |

You just can't imagine what a great time I had in Mt. Vernon. It was great to see a lot of old friends there, and I got to meet a lot of really great folks that will be friends for a long time to come. The staff band was great the entire weekend. There were a lot of great singers there also. Thanks for the invite, Bobby, and I hope to be there again. |

Mary and I want to thank Bobby Reed and his crew for a fine show last weekend. We had a great time and really appreciate putting me on the show. Just a reminder that the International Steel Guitar dates for 2010 are Thursday, September 2nd, Friday, September 3rd and Saturday, September 4th. Sunday has been dropped this year but all the extra activities at the Conventin will still be there. Regards, Scotty |
