Whats the proper way to measure the neck to determine what scale of guitar is?I was told from the center of the changer to the center of the roller nut.Anyone know the proper way? Whoa! Question

Yes, that is correct. Measure from the center of the changer axle to the center of the nut. The scale is the distance of the string between centers of contact points.

On reg. guitars, or any guitar with adjustable saddles and intonation, you can measure from the nut to 12th fret and X 2.

Thanks Jerry,I was pretty sure that was correct but I had others tell me from the center of the changer to the backside of the nut where the fretboard butts up against.I guess my guitar is 24 1/4' scale then.Thanks again.
