I called Bill today we are looking at May 3rd Week in May, Is there another show on this date that will conflick with this one? if so let us know, This is the best one we can see as of now. Make sure you know this is a feeler, official announcement will come later, by the club Prez.
I called Woody today to check and see if he knew of a conflick, on this date.

Ernie,

The Saluda show is May 15th and 16th, but I don't think there is a conflict on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd. At least there is not for me. Hope it all works out.

See ya there,
Jim

I agree with Jim as that should be a good weekend for the show as I don't have anything that weekend either. I hope it works out.

I will call Bill and let him know he is the one that makes all the decisions, but this date looks just right to me.

I talked to Bill he says 22 and 23 May looks good have to wait till 2 weks before the show to post so it will stay up on the forum, forum rules say it can stay only for 2 weeks, if we post before it will be removed just before the show.

Ernie,

If that two week rule exists, it certainly is not enforced. Example: The Hummingbird show in Ohio was originally posted Jan 19th, and there were posts on that thread today. Their show is this weekend, which would have it running for over three months. Again, I hope it works out for the weekend of 4/21.

See ya there,
Jim

The 2 week rule is for Announcements about any NEW steel related products. Not shows or jams. At least that's the way I read it.

I am just a member of the club making good guesses, The last show was held downtown in front of the Old city Hall, about 3 blocks from the HANk Williams Muusium. It was spot good I hope that is the location this year. I think Bill said last year we would do it again there.
Please note I am just a club member , Bill Cook is the President and doin a great job. Bill will post the Show date when he gets it all together. The intention of my Org. post was to check on a clear show date for the 22nd. of May.
