Augusta Steel Guitar Convention
Well it’s just two weeks until the first Augusta Steel Convention steel players and time will be scheduled on 4/18/10.

I would like to thank all musicians and their families for performing and attending this first Augusta Steel Convention. You all know the steel guitar world is just a big family of musicians and friends that unite to support each other in good times and sad times. Each steel show or event is just a big family reunion to share friendship and comrodary and to support each other and help a great cause.
All proceeds from this convention will go to the VA Hospital. As we all know the price for freedom is not free.

This looks like it will be a great show, sure wish I could be there but Saturday night gig and 200 mile drive is to much for an old man. I see some great picker and friends that will be there, know you all will have a blast. Maybe I can make the next one, Shorty

Well, Put new strings on the Zumsteel and its ready,Now have to check out the Ricky,Zum is sounding so good may just leave the Ricky home and play some Bryd non-Pedal on the Zum.
Will be good to see all my picking Buddies again.
