Hello, folks! I was on vacation to San Fransisco a couple weeks ago, so we decided to take a ride to beautiful Mendocino County.
As you may already know, Gene Parsons is the one who created the famous "B-string bender" and him and his wife now has a cottage for visitors;

We stayed there and it was wonderful! Gene had his Fender 1000 there in the cottage at our arrival, and the guitar stayed in tune perfectly!! That was a surprise
