Help with Silvertone Lap Steel

I have a friend with a Silvertone Lap steel he wants to restore. We cannot read the value of the pots. Does anyone have the following information:

1. Value of the two pots

2. Value of the capacitor

3. ohm value of the wire that would go to the amp

Any information would be appreciated.

if so then it would have been made by Valco and there are lotsa Valco owners around here who would know the answer
