Faded blue lacquer pre-RP Mullen with wood inlay for sale. Fabulous tone. Recently torn down and tuned up by Mickey Adams in TX, and plays great. Emmons setup. KL's as follows:
LKL raises E's
LKV lowers 5 & 10 a half step
LKR lowers E's
RKL lowers 6 a full step, raises 1 a full step and 2 a half step
RKR lowers 9 a half step, raises 7 a whole step, and lowers 2 a half/whole step.
There is also an extra LKL on the guitar that isn't hooked up to anything right now. Case has seen better days but is serviceable. DTF leg bag included.
$2400

I did in fact tear this guitar down, and let me tell you...this is a bargain!..I played it for a whole day before i sent it back...Shes royal blue under the necks, and has faded into a unique tint over the years...Shes a Mullen thru and thru!! _________________ ARTIST RELATIONS: MSA GUITARS

This guitar could look and play like a new one. The Mullen boys know how to refinish and refurb these tone benders. |

The wood looks so much more spectacular in the shot of the back apron than it does in any other pic. Is that just a trick of the light or what? |

Ill answer for him on that...Its a highly figured piece of maple of course, and the light does accentuate the grain...This is a very pretty guitar even with the fading...It makes it very unique IMO _________________ ARTIST RELATIONS: MSA GUITARS

Thanks Mickey. I've been bad about checking in on this thread.
John, the back is actually bluer than the front, it isn't just the light. The front has been more exposed, so it has faded more. |

Final price drop to $2300. I played it at a gig on Friday and wondered why in the world I'd sell such a beautiful sounding & playing guitar, but here it is. Guess I'd be happy to keep it if need be. |

We all know that Mullen has about the smoothest action out there. Mickey rebuilt this guitar so we know it's up to date on all of the parts and plays as good as a new guitar. If I didn't already have 5 guitars it would be on the way to my house. Really good deal here guys!
