here are the dates:

Sunday, May 1 ??? Somewhere, Spain
Monday, May 2 ???
Tuesday, May 3 ??? Somewhere, France
Wednesday, May 4 Gaswerk Winterthur, Switzerland
Thursday, May 5 Silo 1 Töging, Germany
Friday, May 6 Epplehaus Tübingen, Germany
Saturday, May 7 Groovestation Dresden, Germany
Sunday, May 8 Wild at Heart Berlin, Germany

i will be playing steel for about 70% of our set. i normally play steel 100% of the time, but our guitar player is not allowed to leave the country right now, so i have to cover for some things, which now means i get ALL the solos!!!
since i don't know anyone out there across the pond, if there are any euro forumites interested in attending, i will gladly try to get them in to the shows.

Although we've never met, I just heard some stuff you did with Francis Garcia and Drive Til Morning. There are some tasty morsels there! Best of luck for your tour.

Hey Greg,
Do you still play nude? Guys, don't miss this show. It's always a "night to remember" when McMullen is on the steel.

jes' kiddin'

Greg is a great player, and if you like the uptempo country/rock, the 'Buggy'll knock it in the dirt for ya'!

Did you ever get a new steel? You're a great steel player but you're a shitty email returner, Ha.

I'm rockin the Emmons now. ( one blk legrand D-10 and a 73 fatback). Great guitar that Emmons.

Greg, I'd have loved to see you guys in Berlin. Too bad I'm not in town... You should have a cocktail at my favourite bar, the Tabou Tiki Room. (http://www.taboutikiroom.com) It's 10 minutes from the Wild At Heart. If you step out of the club, turn right, then turn right to the Ohlauer Street, cross the bridge, turn left and on the second intersection to the right you'll find the Tabou. Say Hi from me to April, the owner. She's american!

Have fun on tour and take care,

Martin

the show in montpellier has been cancelled, we´re playing another show in spain tonight.
sorry donald.
i guess no one saw the edit to my first post.
the tour is going fine otherwise. i am not travelling with a computer, so i can only post when i´m awake (or sober) enough to fine a cyber cafe.....

and yes jordan, i did get a new steel about three days before the tour started, a mullen d-10 8x9. it´s pretty sweet, and a hell of a lot lighter than my msa. jerry newberry did a great job for me in a short amount of time

Ah well,
good thing I checked in here before I went out the door....

Had the Smiley Roberts approved cowboy boots on,
my jagwire strings T-shirt,
and the Stetson ready to put on my head.

DANG...
They cut me off at the past!

Can't quite remember where
1/5 Figueres (Vilajuiga) - France @ Tal i Qual
2/5 Chalons sur Saône - France @ Dum Dum Bar

Chalons I think is off towards Marseilles / Nice

I was ready for some cowpunk too.

PS. I would have loved to check out that Mullen too.
