I'd like to plug a great steel bar. Bullet Bars
I just got my latest 1" bar from Jim Burden and the tone is out of this world.
So sweet is the tone you have to hear it to believe it.
Jim uses a special Stainless Steel that does not need to be chromed and the polish on my bar shines like a mirror.
Here is his web site http://www.bulletbars.com/
You won't be sorry and the price of his bars are less than half what the other very popular bar sells for.
He is now making me a lighter version, a 15/16" bar for me.
A satisfied customer.

Don how about this one, I paid for my bar Wemsday at the club meeting, He was out of the one I wanted, said he would send it as soon as he could. It came Saturday Mornimg, he had to make it and ship, thur,
fri. sat. That is what I call service. I like my BJS, I just needed a heavier bar when my hand tired.
I was really supprised when I opened the package, It is well made.

Ernie now you know of the man I know.
He is one of the nicest people I know and a dear friend.

Now that he is here in Florida for the 2nd winter season he comes to my gig every Thursday.
I will have my 15/16" bar to play with the band then also.
His bars are made from love of givng us the best quality available at a price way below what they should cost.
I don't say this because he is a friend.
I say it because I believe his bars are the best at any price.

Jim
Brought me my 15/16" bar today while I was playing with the band.
I had his 1" inch bar and he handed me my new 15/16" bar.
The tone, feel, weight and sustain and mirror finish has to be seen and played to be believed.
My bar is 15/16" X 3 3/8" with a 7/16" bore and weighs 7 onces. It will be my #1 bar from now on.
I commend Jim on such a magnificent bar.

It's a shame to see such a good product fall so fast. Sad
For those who don't want to spend $70 for a SS bar,you can have one custom built for you with your desired lenght, diameter and weight for just $30 and the shipping is free. http://www.bulletbars.com/
I own 4 of his bars and each one is custom built and I love each one of them.

What do you mean Don?
I've got two of them and they are excellent.
When I bought the second one, Jim didn't think that he got the size exactly right. He offered to send me another one at no charge. I didn't take him up on it because I thought the one he sent was perfect.
A good guy with a great product.

Just got my new "Bullet Bar" about 3 weeks ago. What a great bar. The sustain is the same or better than my 10 3/4 oz. bar. And my new bar is lighter.

I am a user and believer in this quality product. I recommed this to other steel players. A quality product at a good fair price.

If you are thinking of a new bar, look at this this first or last. But look at it. You will soon be a customer as I am.

Jim
While living here in Florida for the winter months has been attending our Florida Steel Guitar Club Jams.
He has brought several of his bars and has sold them out at each Jam and has got several orders for more.
Everyone who has bought one is sold on the tone they get from his bars.
His bars are made out of a special Stainless Steel
which does not need to be chromed to sound as great as they do.
They even have a brighter shine than the famous ">>>>" Bars for 2 1/2 times his price.

Think I'll get on this wagon too. Ordered 2 bars a couple weeks aggo. Got 'em in 3 days & they're EVERYTHING Don says they are. Sold one of them the next day. Talked to Jim last night on phone. Ordered 2 more to take to Billy Carr's show along with my coated picks. Probably won't have them when I leave the show Smile . Oh well, I can get more. One more way to Happy Pickin'. Andy H.

The Bullet Bar is the best bar I have ever played and I have over a dozen bars from several makers.

When Jim gets the time from this overload of present orders I have another 15/16" bar on the way as a backup in case I lose mine or for some other reason Mad it disappers. Crying or Very sad
