1x12 speaker cab w/ Eminence KappaLite -- CLEAN -- $175

I have a 1x12 Epiphone cabinet and a new Eminence KappaLite neo speaker in it for a lightweight speaker cabinet. Speaker and cab are in excellent condition. I haven't had it very long, but it has worked just fine and sounds great. Just bought a new amp, so this needs to go. Speaker will handle around 350 watts and is 8 ohms. Pictures below....

I need to get $175 plus shipping for it, and I accept PayPal.
