Need help finding a Lexicon upgrade

I have an MRC (midi remote controller) version 3.0. I want to upgrade it to version 4.0. It's a set of EPROM chips.

Does anyone know where I might find them? Or, if you have one, can you make copies of the chips, or just copy off the program to a bin file? I can have a set of chips burned.

I know the unit is very old, but is definitely worth upgrading.

ANY help is very much appreciated.
