Does anyone know if Reba is carrying a steel player these days, and who that might be? She'll be here in NH this summer and that some of her later music does not seem to have steel guitar Sad

The Leeanne Womack, Reba & George Straight show was in Atlanta just a few weeks ago. Randy Beavers, Bruce Bouton and Mike Daley backing these great artists. Bruce Zumsteg would have been proud to see his guitars on stage with all three.

With all due respect to Roger and Gerald's best intentions, I would really rather this not be a topic for forum discussion beyond this... As you might guess it's a profoundly personal subject.

I was one of two band members that was on a different leased plane with our crew that took off a few minutes later. The other seven band members, our tour manager, and two pilots died in the crash. Reba and her husband always traveled in their own private plane with their own pilots, we usually traveled by bus...

If I'm not mistaken, Mike Johnson told me he recorded on her latest album but he never mentiond her steel guitarist. But isn't Bruce nominated for the ACM steel guitarist of the year, along with Mike, Paul and Russ Pahl?
