If that's the guitar I saw at the Dallas show (and that I'm thinking of), it's a real beauty. Very nice and I think I may have taken a photo of it when I was taking pictures of the other Ritts that were there. _________________ 1986 Mullen D-10 with 8 & 7 (Dual Bill Lawrence 705 pickups each neck)

Guys, I apologize, but my computer is having real problems right now and I cannot upload pictures. I will ask Brandon Ordoyne to come over and take some pics when he gets back in town (in a few days) ...until then if anyone took any pics in Dallas, please post them.
The guitar has a beautiful polished aluminum front (like Paul Franklin's), and a black mica top and rear apron, with a special black and silver Rittenberry logo. It plays and sounds like a dream! Gary outdid himself on this one, thanks Gary!

Hi, guys ... sorry I haven't posted any pics of Jody's new Ritt yet ... I'm also having some real computer issues. Without warning drives N through R on my computer will not show up. The message in my diagnostics says "unallocated" drive space. It's difficult to conceive that five partitions could suddenly truncate or vanish like that. And, the photos I've downloaded from my camera so far are on drive P which is one of the missing partitions.
I'm thinking that the information is still there, but the DOS initialization files that allow the computer to read the drive partitions may be corrupt. Soon as I have the partitions recovered, I can upload the Ritt photos I took. _________________ 1986 Mullen D-10 with 8 & 7 (Dual Bill Lawrence 705 pickups each neck)

Jody, I'm afraid I won't be able to post any pics of your new Ritt. I was able to recover most of the data from those partitions (my hunch on the DOS files was correct), but probably about 30% of the photos I'd downloaded to my computer are hopelessly truncated and unrecoverable ... and unfortunately the photos I took of your new guitar were among the lost data.
My apologies that I'm unable to upload any. It's too bad, too, because I'd gotten some really beautiful shots of it. Looks like the torch will have to pass to someone else who may have taken photos of it. _________________ 1986 Mullen D-10 with 8 & 7 (Dual Bill Lawrence 705 pickups each neck)

Jody, Gary out does himself every time he builds a guitar. I guess we won't have twin guitars now, but I know yours is a beauty for sure. |

Jim, that's quite alright, and thanks to you for trying so hard. I'll get Brandon to come over as soon as I can to take some fresh pics.
