Anybody have any midi thru boxes or simple interface they want to clear out cheap?????

Something similar to a midi-sport 2x2????

I have an Edirol UM-1SX that I don't use anymore. It has Midi In, Midi Out, and USB connections. Very basic, but will work if you need only 1 channel of Midi Thru.

If you don't mind waiting a month or so for the package to arrive from China, this USB interface from DealExtreme is likely to be about as cheap as it gets.
