i just watched Sara Jory playing "mansion on the hill" using a electronic Bow ?
whatever you call that thing it sounded really good
i know one thing for sure ...that girl plays as pretty as she looks !!! _________________ proud parent of a sailor

Calvin, it was likely the E-bow. It's an electronic gadget that when laid on one or 2 strings it keeps vibrating those strings continuously. What you get
is a violin or 'strings section' effect. It was popular back in the 70's and 80's. _________________ BenRom Pedal Steel Guitars

Buddy used one on `Mansion` at the St Louis convention in '77. I assume that's where Sara got her inspiration.
