Our sincerest thoughts and condolences are with Beverly and Bill's family. Billy played with Smokey Bleacher on the WWVA Jamboree, then Ramblin' Lou & Accordian Zeke, and now with Craig Wilkins. He was a true family man and a super player & promoter of the Pedal Steel Guitar. His Kindness and Caring touched everyone he came in contact with. I would not be playng steel guitar today if it were not for Bill. You will be sadly missed my friend. I know you are playng your greatest concert ever. Zeke |

While playing our first set at the Tropicanna in Laughlin Nevada last nite, I met Bill's son William of Arizona. He was quite devistated at the loss of his father a couple of weeks ago. He told me about all of his dads acomplishments and asked me to play Steel Guitar Rag in memory of his dad. We played it for him, he thanked us and left. Bill Dyet surely missed by his family. _________________ Bill Bailey
