Just wanted to let everyone know that Mike's cd will be available in Dallas!! This CD is a must have for everyone who appreciates steel guitar at it's best!!! One of the greatest CD's of all time. It has guest vocal appearances by Daryle Singletary, Mark Johnson and Joanie Keller, also Joanie's new album "Me and Dad" wll be there too! It's a great collection of country songs that is top notch all the way!!!

If you don't have these albums you are missing some of the best steel playing and singing you will ever hear.
Mike is superb on every cut. Daryl and Mark excel
on there renditions.
Joanies " Me and Dad" is wrapped in and filled with love and heart touching songs.
These are real people with real music, real heart and make music more enjoyable for real country music lovers.
Get it and love it,

Doc Rickles

The biggest thing I like about Mike is the way he looks at Joanie. and Vice Versa Real Love

Graham & Doc,

You're so right. All of their CDs are exceptional, and the "Me and Dad" has become one of my very favorites. Here is a link to a recent thread. http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=174579

If nothing crazy happens in the next couple days, I'll be with them in Dallas.

See ya there,
Jim

Graham, you are spot-on with your praise for these two. I wish you could have been in Atlanta last month to hear them live. Not only talented musicians, but genuinely nice people as well. If anyone in Dallas has yet to hear them, please make sure you catch their set. You WILL be mightyly impressed.
